Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours, please allow 2-3 days from dispatch within the United Kingdom. 5-10 working days from dispatch for international customers.
You will be sent a confirmation email when you place your order, which will contain your order number,
If we are out of stock of the items you have ordered, a member of our customer service team will inform you by email.
For urgent deliveries, Pure Pleasure can offer a next day or even same day courier service in the UK. Customers must contact us to request this service and make payment for such delivery, prior to dispatch, an additional fee may apply.
How will my order be sent?
Orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class service. All of our packages are sent in discreet packaging without any branding so if needed you can have your order delivered to a workplace without anyone knowing what is inside. We can deliver to any alternative address you advise at the time of ordering.

Shipping
We use Royal Mail international signed for service for deliveries outside the UK which will require a signature upon receipt. All our packages are sent in discreet packaging and if a customs form is required we mark the goods as ‘clothing’ Please note that all deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you.
Your order will leave the UK within 2 working days, delivery times will vary depending upon your postal service, but we estimate international orders will arrive within 5 - 10 working days
International Returns
We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Returns must be received within 28 days from receipt of goods. The form enclosed on the front of your package must be completed and accompany your return. Please note: We do not refund post and packing costs.
