Returns & Exchanges

At Pure Pleasure we want you to be happy with our products and our service, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items for a refund you can do so as long as they are in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns on thongs, briefs, g-strings and hosiery.

How to return an item

We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund up to 14 days after the date the item is sent. Returns must be received within 7 days for us to provide a full refund of the goods minus the original postage costs, if the item is returned back between 7-14 days there will be an additional £5 fee deducted from the refund value to cover our banking costs. The form enclosed on the front of your package must be completed and accompany your return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit therefore we recommend that you send your returns by registered post and retain proof of posting. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. For the first replacement item you will not be charged for postage. All refunds will be made to the card used to make the original purchase and will take approx 3-5 days to show in your bank account.
